Holly Hoffman was the last remaining member of the Espada Tribe and the last woman standing on Season 21 of CBS’ hit reality show “Survivor Nicaragua”. Through that experience, and others throughout her life, Holly was inspired to share her message of survival.

A professional motivational speaker and the author of Your Winner Within, Write Yourself a Note and Three Step Stride, Holly acknowledges that life is made up of challenges, and we are oftentimes faced with situations that seem insurmountable. But within each of us is an ability to focus our thoughts, emotions, and energy to succeed—if only we have the knowledge, tools, and discipline to do so.

Stephanie Alderdice's career has taken her through exotic locales such as Texas, Michigan, Kentucky and Arkansas, but the journey has always been anchored in creativity, communication, collaboration, and a touch of competitive spirit.

After earning her Master's in Communication with a cognate in Women's Studies from Eastern Michigan University, Stephanie channeled her competitive drive into coaching with the Western Kentucky University Speech & Debate Team. Her collaborative approach and creative communication skills helped guide individual students to national championships while leading the team to overall championship victories.

In 2016, Stephanie leveraged her knowledge of creative, results-driven communication into entrepreneurship, becoming President of SixtyOne Celsius, a full-service advertising and marketing agency in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Working collaboratively with clients across tourism, education, and banking, she built a reputation for creative solutions that capture attention and deliver results.

Serving as Director of Marketing at Stone Bank since January 2024, Stephanie continues to explore the "Attention Economy" and how organizations can utilize creative communication strategies to stand out in an increasingly noisy world. Stephanie is married to her husband, Corey Alderdice, and is the proud mother of son Elliott.

Amber Farley, Partner & EVP of Brand Development at FMS, is a well-known and respected teacher, presenter, consultant and thought leader on bank branding, marketing and leadership strategies for banks around the country. She strategizes ways to help banks be purpose-driven, inspirational and more relevant to today’s customer—including both internal and external customers, and regularly presents and teaches at national banking schools, banking conferences, and other statewide banking institutions.

Anna Beth Gorman is the Chief Executive Officer of the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas, an organization that is one of the leading equity partners in building women’s economic security across the state of Arkansas. During her tenure, the Women’s Foundation has seen tremendous growth while focusing on two signature initiatives, Girls of Promise and Women Empowered. Prior to leading the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas, she served as an executive with the Girl Scout organization for several years. In 2022, she was the Democratic Nominee for Arkansas Secretary of State. And for the last three years she has been recognized as one of the 250 most influential leaders in Arkansas by Arkansas Business.

She is a past chairman of the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce, active in Club 99 Rotary, board member of Arvest Bank Little Rock, and a very proud Girl Scout Troop Leader. She began her career in Public Service working for the Texas Senate Committee on State Affairs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia, as well as a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Janice Williams is a Retail Market Director at Southern Bancorp Bank, where she has dedicated nearly 29 years of service to the organization and the communities it serves. A proud native of Helena, Arkansas, Janice is deeply committed to community development, leadership, and mentorship.

In addition to her banking career, Janice has served in the military for more than 25 years and currently holds the rank of Master Sergeant in the Arkansas Army National Guard. Her Military Occupational Specialty is Military Police (31B), and she presently serves as a Noncommissioned Officer Inspector General. She is also a recent graduate of the prestigious Sergeant Major Academy, achieving the highest level of professional military education for enlisted soldiers.

Janice is passionate about service and leadership within her community. She actively volunteers in numerous roles including Supervisor of the Youth Department at her church, District Choir Director, Vice President of the local School Board, President of the Booster Club, and a member of the Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Business Management. Janice is married to her best friend, Ron, and together they have three daughters and two grandchildren. Her life’s work reflects her dedication to leadership, service, and empowering the next generation.

Brehan Chapman serves as executive vice president and chief administrative officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas. Ms. Chapman oversees Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Corporate Services, Compliance, Government Relations, Property Management and Facilities departments. Ms. Chapman joined FHLB Dallas in December 2004.

Elizabeth Smiley Glasbrenner is a co-founder and President/CEO of Smiley Technologies, Inc., a core/digital software and service provider for community banks. The company was founded in 2002 out of a need for a community bank in Arkansas. Elizabeth is the daughter of Walter Smiley, founder of Systematics, and the pioneer of outsourcing data processing for banks.

Having been President and CEO since 2015, her vision for Smiley Technologies is shaped and influenced by her experience building and managing the Customer Support, Operations, Conversion, and Audit functions of Smiley Technologies. Under her leadership, the company has seen consistent growth and received numerous national accolades including Certified Evergreen company by Tugboat Institute, Forbes Small Giants winner, and five times named to American Banker’s Best Places to Work in Fintech.

Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. Her previous experience includes both development and special events roles at Carolinas Healthcare Foundation, Children’s Miracle Network and National Sports Center for the Disabled in Winter Park, CO. Elizabeth has a unique interest in communities and helping those in need. She is married with two children.

Susannah Marshall was appointed to be the 22nd Commissioner of the Arkansas State Bank Department on October 1, 2020. In August 2023, Governor Sarah Sanders appointed Ms. Marshall to also serve as the 19th Arkansas Securities Commissioner.

Ms. Marshall has served the State of Arkansas since 1995. She began her Bank Department career as a Commercial Bank Examiner in 1995 and has served many roles within the agency. Ms. Marshall was appointed Deputy Bank Commissioner in 2007 and served in that role until her appointment to Bank Commissioner.

As Bank Commissioner, Ms. Marshall is responsible for the regulation, supervision and examination of Arkansas state-chartered banks, bank holding companies, a trust company and Arkansas Capital Corporation. As of September 30, 2025, the agency supervised 70 state-chartered commercial banks with total assets over $169 billion.

As Securities Commissioner, Ms. Marshall is responsible for oversight of the securities industry, non-depository mortgage lending industry, money services industry, state-chartered credit union industry, and state-chartered savings and loan industry in Arkansas. The Securities Commissioner manages agency operations to ensure the Department carries out its core mission of protecting the well-being of Arkansas citizens through effective investor education and the administration and enforcement of the various statutory Acts under its jurisdiction.

Commissioner Marshall is a trustee on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System and the Arkansas Teachers Retirement System, a member of the State Board of Finance, and a member of the Arkansas Financial Education Commission.

In May 2025, Ms. Marshall was elected Treasurer to the Board of Directors for the Conference of State Bank Supervisors and serves on various committees within the organization.

Ms. Marshall also serves on the Board of Trustees of the SW Graduate School of Banking (SWGSB) at SMU Cox in Dallas, Texas and as a board member for Economics Arkansas.

Ms. Marshall earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, Arkansas in 1994 and is a 2002 graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. During her tenure with the Bank Department, Ms. Marshall obtained the designations of Commissioned Senior Examiner and Certified Examination Manager.
