What is the most effective daily habit you possess?
Every day I wake up with movement and prayer. Getting up early to make the daily yoga session isn’t always easy, but gets my mind and body going for the day. During that time I take a moment for my daily prayer.
How has leadership changed in the past year?
Not being able to see our peers and community in person has been a huge change. The feeling of lost communication and sense of valuation has been a struggle. Not only within the workplaces but being a leader within our community through civil groups and networking has been a different dynamic as well. Also learning to embrace the virtual meetings and calls has been a challenge.
