ELS Spotlight With Kendall Stubbs
Kendall Stubbs is a Retail Manager for the Stone Bank in Mountain View, Arkansas. My job duties include overseeing the direction of the bank and day to day branch activities, improving bank profitability and being very involved in the community. I am surrounded by a team that builds each other up and makes succeeding easier. I am so thankful to be a part of it!
What is your most effective daily habit?
Tackle the hardest items on your to do list first so you don’t have to stress and worry over it the whole day. Also, post- it notes for everything!
What does effective leadership look like to you?
An effective Leader leads by example and shows their team the way through hard work and dedication. If your team sees you giving one hundred percent, they want to do the same.
What is the most important leadership lesson you have learned?
Try to always stay positive even when it is hard, moods are contagious, if you are positive your team and work atmosphere will be much happier for everyone, keeping morale and the culture of the bank high.
